针对近期新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情，陕西省已于1月25日启动了重大突发公共卫生事件一级响应，省委、省政府高度重视，统一部署，各项疫情防控工作有序展开。在此，我们向在陕的各位外籍人士提出如下倡议：
To cope with the pneumonia outbreak caused by the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV), Shaanxi Province launched the highest-level (Level I) response to major public health emergencies on January 25,2020. The CPC Shaanxi Provincial Committee and the People’s Government of Shaanxi Province have attached high importance to the issue and has made concerted and coordinated prevention and control efforts. The Foreign Affairs Office of the People’s Government of Shaanxi Province hereby sends the following messages to the foreign nationals living and traveling in Shaanxi：
최근신종 코로나바이러스 감염병으로인해섬서성은1월25일에 최고 수준의 공중보건 대응을 발동했습니다. 삼서성당위원회,섬서성정부는 전염병예방과 통제에 대해 매주 중요시하고 이에 따라 섬서성에 거주하고 있는 외국인들에게 다음과 같이제의합니다.（一）做好自我防护
保持良好的个人卫生习惯，咳嗽、打喷嚏时务必使用纸巾或肘部捂住口鼻，注意勤洗手。外出时佩戴医用防护口罩，废弃口罩规范投放。注意居所卫生，适当开窗通风。避免接触任何野生动物或禽类动物，减少生冷食物摄入，食用熟食，多喝热水。
1.Keepgoodpersonalhygiene
Please keep good personal hygiene habits. Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or flexed elbow when coughing or sneezing. Clean hands with soap and water or alcohol-based hand rub.Please wear a surgical mask when going out and dispose the used mask to the designated garbage bin.Please keep the room clean and open the window for fresh air from time to time.Please avoid unprotected contact with wild or farm animals. Cut eating cold and under-cooked food. Have thoroughly cooked food and drink more hot water.
(1) 자기방호 잘하기
좋은 개인 위생습관을 유지하고기침, 재채기 시에는 반드시 티슈나 팔꿈치로 입과 코를 막고 손을 자주 씻어야 합니다.외출 시 의료용 마스크를 착용하고 폐기된마스크를규정에 따라 버려야 합니다. 거소의 위생에 주의하여 창문을 적절하게 열고 환기를 시키야 합니다.모든야생동물이나 조류동물과의 접촉을 피하고, 날것과 찬 음식 섭취를 줄이고, 익힌 음식을 먹고, 뜨거운 물을 많이 마셔야 합니다.
尽量不要外出，避免前往人员密集场所，暂停聚会聚餐等群体性活动。 2.Reduceoravoidoutdooractivities Please avoid crowded areas, and cancel parties, group dinners and other group activities. 되도록 외출을 줄리고, 인원이 많이 모이는 장소에 가지 말고회식 등 단체 활동을 잠시 중단해야 합니다. 若出现发热、咳嗽、胸闷、乏力等症状，第一时间佩戴医用防护口罩到陕西省各地定点医疗机构就诊。 3.Checkyour healthconditionregularly Please measure your body temperature on a regular basis. When such symptoms as fever, cough, difficulty in breathing, or general weakness occur, please wear a surgical mask and seek medical care right away at designated hospitals in Shaanxi province. (3) 제때에 진료하기
발열,기침,가슴이답답하고 무기력등증상이 발생되면, 의료용 보호 마스크를 착용하고 섬서성 각지의 지정의료기구에 가서 진료를 받아야 합니다.
如果近期曾赴访疫情高发地区，或接触过这些地区的来陕人员，请第一时间电话向当地指定医院或外事部门报告，同时要密切注意身体状况，多居家休息，少外出活动。当政府、社区和医疗机构人员做疫情防控登记询问时，请予以理解支持并配合做好工作。 4.Beresponsibleandcooperative In case of recent visit to affected areas or having contact with people from these areas, please report to the designated local hospitals or foreign affairs officeby phone as early as possible. Then heed personal health more, stay at home for ample rest and reduce outdoor activities. Please support and cooperate with the government, community or medical staff for health information inquiries and collection.(4) 전염병연계방어 공조에 참여하기
최근에 전염병발생지역을 방문하거나, 또는 이들 지역의 내섬서성인원을 접촉하였을 경우, 전화로현지 지정 병원이나 정부대외부서에 보고하고 몸상태를주의하여, 숙소에서휴식을 취하며, 외출 활동을 삼가해야 합나다. 정부, 아파트관리사무소,의료 기관 직원들이 전염병 발생에 대한 방제 등록 문의를 할 때 이를 이해하고 지지하며 업무를 잘 수행하도록 협조해야 합니다.
